Join Instructor and Owner of La Scarpetta, Marina Marenco, on a three-part cooking class series in which she cooks and shares the classic recipes handed down through the generations in her Italian family.

Share the love of cooking and enjoy the experience of learning!
Unlock the mystery of making homemade ravioli. In this class you will learn how to make an eggless dough and the technique of forming long beautiful sheets of pasta dough using a pasta roller. You will also learn how to use ravioli trays to form the ravioli but will also discuss how to make ravioli without trays. We will make 2 different vegetarian fillings in class but will also be given recipes for several more fillings for you to try at home.

INCLUDES - Hands-on instruction, recipe, ingredients, cooking supplies and apron. Come hungry! Dinner will include ravioli, salad and beverages. (We encourage you to please bring your own Tupperware.)
This dinner is vegetarian, but not gluten or dairy free.
