Event Description:
Explore the historic Thunderbird Lodge, lakeside grounds, gardens, and waterfalls while enjoying wine and beer. Join us on a Tuesday or Friday afternoon for a visit to George Whittell's Castle in the Sky! Your docent-led castle tour includes time at the estate soaking in the stunning panoramic Lake Tahoe views while sipping fine wine.
A portion of the fee is a charitable contribution to the non-profit Thunderbird Lake Tahoe. You will catch a shuttle to the Thunderbird Lodge Estate at the North Tahoe Nevada Welcome Center. There is no parking at the Thunderbird Estate.
