Event Description:
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort is hosting “Festive”, a holiday program filled with events and activities to celebrate the season. The event will include a six-course meal at Lone Eagle Grille with a welcome reception with champagne and canapes. The menu will feature entrée selections of a prime beef tenderloin with a Tuscan ratatouille, a sauteed Chilean seabass with roasted beets, braised veal cheeks with sweet potato gnocchi, or a poached kohlrabi vegetarian option.
The New Year’s Eve dinner and celebration event is $240 for adults. A special children’s menu will also be offered for $50 for ages 6-12, and kids 5 and under are free. Reservations are required and can be made by visiting our website.
