Guests can choose from dishes like Oyster Po' Boy, Lobster Carbonara, Wagyu Beef Tartar, 10-Hour Smoked Short Rib, and Mero Seabass, finishing with decadent desserts including a Japanese Pancake with bacon butter and maple whip cream.
