Kick off your wellness journey with a Detox & Restore yoga session led by Kayla Garcia, Tahoe’s Favorite instructor, on Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday feature a variety of physical and soulful self-care classes and workshops led by industry experts Peter Walters and Denelle Numis.
Participants can choose their own path, whether they prefer challenging workshops or mindful journeys. The weekend also offers opportunities to come together as a community with energizing all-level flows, sound baths, and myofascial release sessions.
Throughout the weekend, you can relax in the beachside sauna, explore the marketplace, rejuvenate at the Uplift Cafe juice bar, and connect with fellow attendees during this signature event at Edgewood Tahoe Resort.
