Cultural, historical, affordable belly laughs for the whole family! Join Truckee Silent Movies for a silent movie with live music and sound effects at the Historic Church of the Mountains. Kids get free noisemakers!
"Dogs, Frogs and a Bear!" is a collection of short silent films from the 1920s accompanied by live music and sound effects (partially generated by the audience). Featuring Alice Osborn on Guitar and Violin and Dr. Heidi Kuzma on ragtime piano.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Showtime at 7:00. For pre-show munchies, make a 5:30 reservation at Moody's or Casa Baeza and tell them you need to be at the movie in time.
Prepare to laugh until you burst.
