The Nomads, bring their blend of mountain rock and metal to the Lake Tahoe Music scene and beyond. The band, features local rockers from various projects including: Kandy Xander (Metal Echo, Moonlight Movement, Fortress ), Jeff Martin (Racer X, Surgical Steel, Badlands, Fortress and The Greg Golden Band), Dave Hatchet (Fortress) & George Grass (Fortress and Metal Echo) and The Nomads founding member Barry Thys.

The Nomads came together several years ago just for some fun jams. Well, things took off from there when they realized they had formed an incredibly special alliance of musicians.
