This opening concert honors the enduring legacy of Dave Brubeck through the musicians who knew him, played with him, and continue to carry his music forward. The 2026 Legacy concert features special guest artist Jerry Bergonzi, an internationally recognized jazz tenor saxophonist, performer, composer, author, and educator. Bergonzi was a member of the Dave Brubeck Quartet from 1979-1982 and was a frequent performer on many of Dave Brubeck’s tours and recordings during the 70s and 80s.
