The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary truly lives up to its name. Located in Kings Beach, The Sanctuary aims to be a respite from the stress of the real world, a place where you can slow down, heal and reconnect with yourself in the form of yoga classes, sound baths, somatic therapy, massage therapy, Reiki, nutrition and health counseling, and breathwork courses. It’s a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. The Sanctuary invites you to let go once you enter the door. The spacious wooden lodge is open, quiet and illuminated by natural light, creating a naturally serene mood to help set the tone for the day.

Personally, I love to start my active recovery day with one of their yoga classes and then heading to a nearby beach or trail to enhance my experience. Luckily, The Sanctuary is located in an ideal spot, and you can head east into Nevada to walk the East Shore Trail or bask in the sun and swim at Sand Harbor (reservations required) in Incline Village, or back to the beaches and delicious dining options at Kings Beach. 205 Stateline Road, Kings BeachMore Information
