Why Paddle Yoga?
Balance is one of the first abilities that we tend to lose as we age. The practice we guide on Stand Up Paddle Boards includes instruction in board and paddle use as well as guidance to attempt positions that challenge us on the water as well as on the Earth. Every session is modified to honor the abilities of all participants. Join us to improve your balance, connect with nature, establish mindfulness and move your body with grace on and off the water.
