Breathe and move with intention and direction
Pranayama is more than a breathing practice. Karma is bound in our pranic body. To release it, we engage in the practice of kriya, or purification. As we move, we create heat, mobility, build strength and connect with our bodies. As we breathe, we direct our awareness from body to breath, and deeper within, through pranayama intended to shift the quality and flow of prana (life force) and loosen the binding of karma.
