Join us for Spring Bloom, an Ayurvedic springtime workshop and sound journey with Sharea and Skyler. Lean into spring time with more confidence and ease after we take a look at the season from an Ayurvedic lens and you experience a full reset with a soothing sound journey. Learn some tips and tricks to aid in the transition into the new season and give your body, mind and spirit a full reset by receiving healing frequency and sound waves. All of you is welcome in this space.
This experiences requires a minimum attendance of 10 participants. If the minimum is not met your guide will be in contact regarding your reservation.
