Sensory Immersion
Event Description:
Awaken, and then attempt to withdraw from your senses. Essential oils ignite your ability to smell. Breathwork engages the sensations of your body. Sound vibrations access your hearing. Guided mindfulness directs your attention. A warm cup of tea turns on your sense of taste. Immerse yourself in this sensory practice and develop a deeper awareness of how you perceive the world.
This practice includes essential oil application and instruction, gentle posturing, directed breathing, a sound bath, guided relaxation and tea. Each experience is curated to help you connect with yourself, recognize how the shifting of nature's rhythms effects you and identify tools that can help you to feel more harmonious amidst the changes of the world.
