Learn the basics, ask questions and improve your skills before joining scheduled classes. Lake Tahoe Yoga owner, Jenay, will provide you with guidance as you explore the posturing, breathing and mindfulness practices of Yoga. You'll learn commonly used terminology and develop the confidence to join other classes.
