Healing Sound Sessions
Event Description:
Join us on Saturdays at 9:30 a.m., 12 p.m. and 3 p.m., or on Mondays at 6 p.m. to experience the resonating healing properties of sound and vibration.
Share in the experience of combining poetry, mindfulness, guided meditations and restorative therapeutic sound practices including Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drum, and Crystal Quartz singing bowls. You will be bathed in sound, paired with ancient healing reiki energies, in a meditative and relaxing space.
