Event Description:
The Big Chief 50K ultra running trail race is a loop course on a mix of single track, featuring the new Big Chief trail and fire road in the scenic forests between Lake Tahoe and Truckee. You will run through mighty trees, take in breathtaking views and conquer rocky summits on your journey. The course travels between 6,000-7,500 feet of elevation and you will gain approximately 4,500 feet during the run.
