Light Up a Life
Barton Health Hospice invites the community to gather and celebrate the memory of loved ones during “Light Up a Life,” a non-denominational remembrance event open to anyone wishing to honor a loved one who has passed away.
Light Up a Life will be held at the Edgewood Tahoe Lodge in Stateline. The event offers light refreshments, mutual comfort, and a time of remembrance for anyone who is feeling the loss of a loved one, not just those who were served by hospice.
Barton Hospice staff will share readings and remembrance messages and light a memorial tree adorned with photo ornaments honoring hospice patients who have passed away this year. For those unable to attend in person, names of loved ones can be submitted in advance to be read aloud during the ceremony.
