Photographer and writer Ryan Salm is known for his hair-brained adventures around the globe. Join him for a night of storytelling about two of his most recent journeys. The first, a mountain bike-pack trip through the Western Highlands of Guatemala. Stomach pains, cultural beauty and the occasional psychedelic journey lay the perfect backdrop to five days of riding through this otherwise unknown region. The second, a somewhat miscalculated yet epic paddle journey down the Noatak River above the Arctic Circle. Run-ins with grizzlies and a handful of Inuit juxtapose perfectly with the raw remoteness of this quiet corner of the globe.
