The Rescue - Avalanche Education Series #3
Event Description:
Our 3rd event in the Avalanche Education Series focuses on the full spectrum of backcountry safety - from physical prep and red-flag checklists to emergency communications and real-world search and rescue operations. A safe backcountry tour starts long before you step into your bindings - so how do you prepare for physical demands, recognize early warning signs, and respond effectively if an incident occurs?
Doors open at 6:00 PM - come early to grab a beer, check out the sponsor booths for stickers, brochures, and info, and find a seat before the formal presentation begins at 6:30 PM!
