Motion Theater: Autobiographical Physical Improvisation
Event Description:
A playful, soulful workshop where stories emerge through movement, voice, and imagination. Using simple improvisation games and guided exercises, we explore memories and everyday moments as creative material—no scripts, pressure, or performance expectations.
No theater or dance background needed. Artists, writers, movers, and the simply curious are welcome.
Sessions include:
- physical improvisation and guided movement
- vocal play and sound exploration
- image-based storytelling and group creation
Participants often experience:
- greater presence and ease in the body
- renewed creativity and access to personal stories
- confidence expressing themselves beyond words
- warm connection in a supportive, non-judgmental space
Not therapy—but often deeply restorative.
For curious humans, movers and non-movers, anyone feeling stuck or longing for more authentic expression.
