Gather around the heart of the NowRouz (“New Year”) tradition for a sensory and cultural immersion. During this session, we will unveil the Haft-Sin, or “Seven S’s”, a sacred and high-vibration altar featuring the "7 Alchemies" of well-being, from Sabzeh (grass representing rebirth) to Serkeh (vinegar representing patience). We will share deep-rooted stories and symbolism behind each element while we enjoy a communal cardamom tea service and delectable persian sweets. This is a time for connection, conversation, and a collective celebration of the beauty and wisdom found in Persian heritage. About the Practitioners: Leili Eghbal and Sheri (Darya) Welsh together bring diverse movement and meditation knowledge, with a unique perspective that draws from their shared Iranian heritage and culture that they are eager to bring to the community.
