Join us for our monthly gathering of conscious movement and community connection. This is a space to drop out of your head and into your body, letting the rhythm guide your journey.

The Three Pillars of Our PracticeTo create a safe and sacred container for everyone, we follow three simple invitations:
1. We Dance BarefootWe connect fully with the ground beneath us. Please leave your shoes at the door (socks are perfectly fine!). *Note: If you have a physical condition requiring dance shoes, they are permitted.
2. We Dance Without WordsThis is a non-verbal space to encourage a deep meditative state. There is no verbal instruction from facilitators and no talking on the dance floor.
*(If you need to share a quick whisper, please use the mats or benches in the back where sound won't carry to the dancers.)
3. We Dance As We AreCome exactly as you are—no expectations, no judgments, and no "shoulds."
Pure Presence: No drugs or alcohol.
Digital Detox: No phones, cameras, or video.
Sensory Respect: This is a scent-free environment.
