The Alchemy Space TruckeeBelly Dance Fusion

Fusion belly dance is a therapeutic movement modality. It blends the traditional signature of Middle Eastern and North African dance and music with modern artistry and borrows expressions of Flamenco and classical Indian dance.
Each class has a dance based warm up. The core is strengthened through precise torso and hip isolation. The signature undulations, figure 8's and footwork patterns are then musically interpreted leading to short choreography with the fusion flourishes of the elegant arm and hand gestures.
