Pranayama & Meditation
Join Ananda Thomason, certified instructor at Tahoe Rising Yoga and Meditation Center, for this "Breath is Life" meditation and pranayama class. Pranayama combined with meditation creates a calmness and clarity that is rarely achieved. If you want to strengthen your cardiovascular system, soothe your nervous system, release anxiety, and calm and clear your mind, this is the class for you! All levels welcome, especially good for those who are new to yoga, or are needing to release stress. Expect to feel very "buzzy" and alive, but also calm, clear and peaceful afterwards.
