Event Description:
Celebrate music and dance from around the world. Enjoy Mumbo Gumbo whose “genre-bending Americana” combines a big musical stew of soul, zydeco, folk, blues, rock, Cajun, and country. Then, take a sonic journey with the band Seffarine – a gorgeous intersection of Spanish flamenco, Persian classical, American jazz and flamenco dance! Add in modern world guitar with Incendio, poet Jahan Khalighi, painter Susie Alexander, and Baltimore vocalist Davon Fleming from NBC’s “The Voice” – and this World Concert is sure to be a night to remember!
Saturday's World Concert takes place at Sand Harbor State Park, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The gates open at 5:30 pm, music starts at 6:30 pm. Food, drinks and merchandise will be available for purchase at the show.
