Skiing With Grace
Find out for yourself what it means to find movement in stillness and stillness within movement. In this unique Skate ski session, Shari and Ben will lead you through meaningful movement, meditation, and stillness so that you find more grace in your skiing and bring that presence to your every day. This is not a Skate skiing clinic with some yoga slapped on it. Rather, it is an opportunity to move across the snow with more awareness and presence. Please be an Intermediate (or above) Skate skier to sign up.
The clinic includes 3 hours of yoga, meditation, movement and mindfulness. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not we will have them available. Skate ski rental and trail pass are not included. If you need to rent ski equipment, please arrive at 8:30am at the Tahoe XC lodge to do so. Space is limited so sign up early. Maximum 10 participants
