Event Description:
Come join us on January 8th at 5:00 PM for a look at the history of paddleboarding with Larry Froley, owner of Gray Whale Paddle. Larry will take us through nearly 100 years of paddleboard evolution and then discuss contemporary SUP design. Larry has been an avid paddleboarder and in the business-end of paddleboarding for almost 20 years, but was first introduced to it close to 60 years ago! Larry is a SUP instructor, instructor trainer and advisory board member for the Professional Stand Up Paddleboard Association.
This event is FREE and open to the public! Light refreshments served.
