Let us help you prepare to quit smoking. And then, let us support you in the days and weeks after you quit!

WHEN: Every Wednesday, 4:00 - 5:00 pm. Drop-ins welcome. You are welcome even if you are not yest ready to give up nicotine.
HOW: The workshops are coordinated by a trained clinical psychologist and will incorporate guest pharmacists and nutritionists who will help support your desire to quit smoking.

  • Learn techniques for nicotine replacement, behavior change and relapse prevention
  • Obtain a free workbook from the National Cancer Institute
