Join us at the Tahoe Food Hub Farm Shop on October 22nd for a fun how-to event to learn how to use food to improve your immunity with local Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Andrea Schaffer. Andrea will be demonstrating how to make homemade Elderberry Syrup and talking about ways that food can support your health this winter. In her nutrition practice in Truckee, Andrea helps her clients improve their health through food and lifestyle optimization.
