Niman Ranch Scholarship Dinner
Join us for an unforgettable (and delicious!) dinner pairing on Friday, April 5th from 6:00pm-8:30pm. Lone Eagle Grille, in partnership with Niman Ranch, will feature a tasty dinner paired with wines from the incredible Coupe de Foudre in Napa Valley to raise scholarship monies for college students with all proceeds benefitting the Niman Ranch's Next Generation Foundation - a scholarship designed to raise awareness around the loss of traditional farming and ranching practices.
The dinner pairing will be accompanied by a fabulous silent auction, and visits from Lone Eagle Grille’s very own Chef Shane Hammett, who will be present throughout the meal to discuss each dish and pairing. Other attendees include Niman Ranch's 2018 scholarship recipient, Elle Gadient, and members of the Niman Ranch staff who can personally speak to the benefits of the scholarship. Further, a winemaker from Coupe De Foudre will be available to give details on the wine pairings throughout the dinner.
