Event Description:
Interactive culinary workshop on the art of making traditional Korean kimchi, followed by a three-course Korean dinner at Kitchen Collab. Brought to you in partnership with Slow Food Lake Tahoe.
Enjoy an interactive demo on the art of making traditional Korean Kimchi, with local kimchi-expert SunMie Won. Finish the evening with a delicious Korean 3-course dinner by Chef Alex Tolger in the Kitchen Collab culinary space and dining room. $75 for tickets to the workshop and dinner.
