Truckee Public Arts Commission will be celebrating the Transcontinental Railroad and all things Railroad! There will be a reception at 5:00pm at Truckee Donner Recs and Parks Community Center at 8924 Donner Pass Rd. co-sponsored by Truckee Donner Recs and Parks and the Donner Summit-Truckee Gold Spike Celebration Committee.
