Menu is herb-crusted Beef Tenderloin, house-made Horseradish cream, garlic mashed potatoes, Italian Style roasted mushrooms, and veggies. A side Spinach salad with pomegranate seeds, cranberries, goat cheese, pinenuts and balsamic vinaigrette. For dessert, slices of creamy peppermint bark cheesecake.
