I am excited to be offering a weekly Yoga Nidra class at Namaste  in Truckee beginning Sunday, December 4th, 2016.   This is a wonderfully healing and relaxing practice and is not offered regularly anywhere else in Truckee!  If you’d like to learn more about the practice, please join me for the weekly class or feel free to contact me with any questions.

This form of meditation is taken lying down so dress comfortably and warm if you tend to get chilly easily. Also, bring a journal along with you. We will have a brief time after the practice for journaling, reflections and questions. Journaling is an invaluable way to record your experience, observe how your Yoga Nidra practice develops and see what evolves and dissolves for you!
