Intro to Mindfulness
Learn the art of Mastering Mindfulness and become more aware of your present self with your thoughts, feelings, body, and the environment with Mindfulness Training. Decrease stress, improve concentration and functioning, and better manage emotional and physical health with different, guided mindfulness techniques.
Classes are instructed by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Training.
