The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) helps participants make long-lasting lifestyle changes and reduce common risk factors of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, Type II Diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure. CHIP will help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes by addressing the causes of chronic disease and teaching you to use your own lifestyle as your best medicine. CHIP takes participants through an intensive educational program meeting once a week for three months. Throughout the program, participants are guided through the various stages of lifestyle change, helping to show them the benefits of an optimal lifestyle and giving them the tools to maintain positive changes.
