Chip Information Session
Many health and weight-loss programs provide information in the hope that you change your habits- The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is different. CHIP will help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes by addressing the causes of chronic disease and teaching you to use your own lifestyle as your best medicine. CHIP takes participants through an intensive educational program meeting once a week for three months. Throughout the program, participants are guided through the various stages of lifestyle change, helping to show them the benefits of an optimal lifestyle and giving them the tools to maintain positive changes.
